When you use Sign in with Apple, we receive:

• Email, nickname, or name (only if provided by Apple during first authorization)

This information is used only to create or log in to your WellTao account.

1.2 Body Constitution Test Data

• Age (range)
• Gender
• Questionnaire responses
• Wellness preferences

1.3 AI Interaction Data

Your messages to the AI, and the AI-generated responses, are sent to an external model provider (currently DeepSeek) strictly to generate responses.

1.4 Subscription Data (via RevenueCat)

• Your WellTao user ID
• Subscription tier
• Start and expiration dates
• Grace period / retry status
• Product ID

1.5 Data Automatically Collected by RevenueCat

• Device model
• OS version
• App version
• Region/language (not precise location)
• Anonymous device identifier

• IP address
• Precise or coarse location
• IDFA or advertising tracking identifiers
• Contacts, camera, microphone, photos
• Any iOS system permissions

• Generate constitution analysis and recommendations
• Send text to AI models for responses
• Manage subscription access
• Support anonymous mode for non-logged-in users
• Display past test history

We do not use your data for profiling, advertising, or cross-app tracking.

Your data is stored on DigitalOcean (USA) servers.

4.2 Retention Period

Your data is stored as long as your account remains active. Backups may temporarily retain deleted data but are never used operationally.

5. Your Rights

• Access subscription info inside the App
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account via the App or by email
• Withdraw Apple login usage

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

Your data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence, specifically in the United States, where our servers are hosted.
