1. Service Nature (Important)
Welltao is a wellness reference tool, not a medical product. The constitution assessment uses a standardized scoring framework; personalized wellness guidance is generated by artificial intelligence based on your answers, assessment outcome, gender, and age. The app does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, prescription, or medication guidance. All content is for general wellness reference only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified medical professional.
2. Account & Sign-in
You sign in with Apple, or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to take the constitution assessment and generate wellness guidance. You may update your display name, gender, and age under Profile → Edit, and delete your account and all associated data under Profile → Delete Account.
3. Paid Services
The constitution assessment itself is free. Personalized wellness guidance is a one-time, per-report unlock purchased through the app store from which you downloaded the app, at the price displayed in the store at the time of purchase. One unlock is tied to the specific report generated at the time of purchase; the wellness guidance generated for an unlocked report remains accessible to you indefinitely.
If a purchase is refunded, that transaction's unlock entitlement is revoked and it cannot be used to unlock content again; wellness guidance already generated before the refund remains viewable. Purchases and refunds are handled by the app store under its own rules; refund requests can be submitted through the store's official refund channel (for the Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com). If you change device or reinstall the app, you can restore your previous purchases at no extra charge from the purchase screen.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the app lawfully. Do not engage in activity that interferes with the app, its servers, or other users, including attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The app's interface, copy, and assessment algorithms are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or use them commercially without written permission. Constitution knowledge content is summarized from publicly available wellness references.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The constitution assessment and wellness guidance are provided "as is" for general wellness reference. We do our best to keep content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties as to completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer rights under UK/EU law).
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app and may require your renewed consent.
